Calling All Gardeners

Many of you out there already have vegetable gardens, during the summer. Often you might find that you have excess produce that you are trying to give to anyone who will take it. The One Plant Project is asking for you to donate your excess produce to the cause.

Drop it off on our collection days, every Tuesdays (5pm-7 pm) starting July 11, 2023 at the Joshua Hyde Library and every Saturdays (11 am- 1 pm) starting July 8, 2023 at Tantasqua Regional High School, and we will distribute your produce to local food banks/pantries. Hardier items such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and squashes are preferred as they are easier for the food banks/pantries to store, but contributions of more fragile produce is still welcome.
